Troubleshooting VEXcode VR Playgrounds on iPad

When using VEXcode VR on an iPad, sometimes a Playground may not load smoothly or appear to have issues with the camera movements.

Most Playgrounds will work smoothly when waiting 30 seconds after loading before running a project.

To ensure you give the Playground enough time to load, open the Playground before you begin building your project.

Between project runs, do NOT close the Playground window. If you want additional space in the Workspace, use the 'Hide' button in the Playground window to collapse the Playground.

It is recommended that a Windows, macOS, or ChromeOS device is used for the following Playgrounds:

  • Rover Rescue (VEXcode VR Premium)
  • Castle Crasher+ (VEXcode VR Enhanced & Premium)
  • Wall Maze + (VEXcode VR Enhanced & Premium)

If you have issues with Playgrounds loading, see this article.

If these troubleshooting steps do not help, submit feedback using the Feedback Button in VEXcode VR.
