Get Started with a VEX IQ (2nd gen) Classroom Bundle

When you get your VEX IQ (2nd gen) Classroom Bundle, there are a few things you can do to get yourself organized and started. This article will cover the basics of unpacking your Classroom Bundle and getting ready to use VEX IQ (2nd gen) with your students.

Note: All of the resources in this article are based on a Small Classroom Bundle. If you ordered a Classroom Bundle, you will receive the equivalent of two Small Classroom Bundles. If you ordered a Large Classroom Bundle, you will receive the equivalent of three Small Classroom Bundles.

Helpful Hint:

Helpful Hint:

You will receive 6 IQ Cubes of each color: red, green and blue.

These will be located in the blue Carrying Case. Remember to check the zipper pockets while unpacking the case.

Helpful Hint:

Keep the extra USB cables with the Classroom Chargers so the USB cables in the Electronics Bin can be used for connecting to VEXcode IQ.

These will be located in the blue Carrying Case. Remember to check the zipper pockets while unpacking the case.

Helpful Hint:

There are 5 USB ports between the two chargers, so you can charge 5 IQ Brains or 5 IQ Controllers with one outlet. Keep the extra USB cables with the Classroom Charger so the USB cables in the Electronics Bin can be used for connecting to VEXcode IQ.
