Registration for the 2024 VEX Robotics Educators Conference is officially open. Conference registration is simple—This article will outline the steps to complete the Non-All Access PD+ registration.
Note: To register for the conference, you will first need to log into your PD+ account. Review the following article for information on how to create your account. If you need assistance logging in, view this article for the steps to access your PD+ account: PD+ Login.
Access Your PD+ Account

1. Begin by logging into your PD+ Account, and select your PD+ Dashboard. |

2. In your PD+ Dashboard, select the banner to go to the conference registration page. |
|
|
3. Choose which conference access option you’d like. Upgrading your account subscription to All-Access grants you access to many different benefits along with complimentary conference access! |
Upgrade to All-Access PD+
|
1. From the conference registration page, select Upgrade to All-Access. |
|
|
2. You will be brought to a store page, where you can purchase an All-Access PD+ license. |
|
|
3. Once you’ve purchased your All-Access PD+ license, you’ll receive an email with the license key. |
|
|
4. Return to your PD+ Dashboard and select Activate License. |
|
|
5. Enter the key from your email and select Activate. |
|
|
6. Once you’ve finished activating your license, return to your PD+ Dashboard. |
|
|
7. Select the 2024 VEX Robotics Educators Conference banner to begin registering. |
Purchase Educators Conference Access
|
1. From the conference registration page, select Purchase Conference Registration Only. |
|
|
2. You will be brought to a store page, where you can purchase a VEX Robotics Educator Conference Registration license. |
|
|
3. Once you’ve purchased your conference registration, you’ll receive an email with the license key. |
|
|
4. Return to your PD+ Dashboard and select Activate License. |
|
|
5. Enter the key from your email and select Activate. |
|
|
6. Select the 2024 VEX Robotics Educators Conference banner to begin registering. |
Registering for the Educators Conference
|
1. After selecting the banner from your PD+ dashboard, you’ll be brought to the conference registration webpage. |
|
|
Scroll down and confirm that your User Details are correct. |
|
|
2. Scroll down and select what workshops you want to participate in. Note: Make sure to pay attention to the times so you don’t sign up for two workshops at the same time! |
|
|
If you happen to sign up for events during conflicting time slots, you will be unable to submit your registration. The webpage will give you a warning error if this happens. |
|
|
Keep in mind that you can only sign up for three workshops at a time. Once you have selected three, you will be unable to select any more unless you deselect one. You can deselect a workshop by selecting on the green selected box by its name. |
|
|
3. Feel free to sign up for as many Additional Events as you’re interested in! There is no limit on these, just ensure their times don’t clash with any workshops you have selected. |
|
|
4. Everything you have selected will appear in your Order Summary at the bottom of the page. Review this to ensure everything has been selected correctly. |
|

5. Select Submit Your Conference Registration. |
|
|
