Registering for the 2026 VEX Educators Conference with a License Key – VEX Library

Now that you’ve purchased a License Key for the 2026 VEX Robotics Educators Conference, let’s get you registered!

Conference registration is simple. This article will guide you through the steps to complete the process if you’ve purchased the Conference License Key from the VEX webstore.

Note: To register for the conference, you will first need to log into your PD+ account. Review the following article for information on how to create your account and access your PD+ Login.

Activate Your License Key

Check your email for the email with the title “Register Now: Your 2026 VEX Educators Conference License Key Inside!”

In your PD+ Dashboard, select Activate License in the Quick Links menu.

Activate a License dialog reads enter a valid license key with a text box to enter the key, and an Activate button on the bottom.

Enter the license key and select Activate to apply the license.

Register for the Conference

From your PD+ dashboard, click on the Conference section in the Navigation menu.

Select the Register button.

Registration includes Keynote sessions, VEX Robotics World Championship Finals and Game Reveal, and Large and Small Group Presentations.

See all the events that are included with your registration.

Select up to three hands-on workshops that interest you.
Note: All keynotes, small and large group presentations, and VEX Worlds events are open to all attendees and do not require pre-registration.

Once registered, you’ll receive a confirmation email as final confirmation of your attendance.

Need to modify your schedule? No problem.

Log in to your PD+ account and select Modify Workshops & Events on the conference site’s confirmation page after registering.

Important Reminders:

Complete Registration: Please ensure you complete the full registration process through your PD+ dashboard to secure your spot.
First-Come, First-Served Access: Registration for hands-on workshops and 1-on-1 sessions are on a first-come, first-served basis.
