Using the Getting Started Tour in VEXcode VR

VEXcode VR has a tour to help you get started. The tour guides users through the major features of VEXcode VR, so getting started coding is quick and easy.


Accessing the Getting Started Tour

First, launch VEXcode VR by going to vr.vex.com. If you are a new VR user, Select the "Students Get Started" button, or the "Educators Get Started" button.

If you are a returning VR Enhanced or Premium user, select the link to enter a Class Code.

Taking the Getting Started Tour

Once you selected Educator or Student or have used a Class Code to log into VEXcode VR, the Getting Started Tour will launch.

Once you have read the provided tour text, you can select the "Next" button, or use the arrow keys on your keyboard to advance to the next stop on the tour.

You will be provided with a high-level overview of each VEXcode VR feature. Select 'Next' to advance to the next feature, or 'Back' to go back to the last feature.

When you are finished with the tour, select 'Done.'

To leave the tour at any point, select the 'x'.


Revisiting the Getting Started Tour

The Getting Started Tour can be revisited at any time. To revisit the tour, select the "Tutorials" button in VEXcode VR.

Select the 'Getting Started Tour' Tutorial to relaunch the tour.
