Connecting with Web-based VEXcode GO - Chromebook

It takes just a few steps to connect a VEX GO Brain to Web-based VEXcode GO on Chromebook.

Connect the VEX GO Brain to the VEX GO Battery.

Turn on the Brain by pressing the button in the center of the Brain.

Launch web-based VEXcode GO by navigating to codego.vex.com. (View the Setting Up VEXcode GO Knowledge Base article for browser and device requirements.)

Open VEXcode GO and select the Brain icon in the Toolbar.

Select ‘Connect.’

Select the name of the VEX GO Brain you want to pair, from the list of available Brains.

Select the ‘Pair’ button, once you have chosen your Brain.

The Brain icon will turn orange and a ‘Connecting to:’ message will appear while the VEX GO Brain is connecting.

Once the VEX GO Brain is connected the Brain icon will turn green. The message in the window will say ‘Connected to:’ and list the name of the Brain that is connected to Web-based VEXcode GO.


To Disconnect a VEX GO Brain from Web-based VEXcode GO on Chromebook

To disconnect from a VEX GO Brain, select ‘Disconnect’.


If Your Are Experiencing Connection Issues
