If the VEX AIM Coding Robot becomes unresponsive and cannot be turned off normally, pressing the Reset button to force a shutdown, then turning it back on, may help restore normal operation.

Reset the Robot

A VEX AIM Coding Robot seen from the back with a glowing yellow light on the left side near the USB-C port, showing the reset button location.

To force the robot to power off, insert a thin object (such as a paper clip) into the left pinhole and press the reset button inside.
