Connecting the V5 Vision Sensor to a Wireless Device

You can view the Vision Sensor’s field of view in real time by connecting it to a wireless device (i.e. a cell phone or tablet).

With a Vision Sensor connected to your V5 Brain, select Settings on the Home menu.

Select the Vision Sensor Wifi setting to change it to On.

On your wireless device, connect to the Vision Sensor WiFi address. This should start with VISION_ and then four characters. In this screenshot, it is VISION_D1B5.

Wait until the device has connected to the Vision Sensor WiFi address.

Note: Only one device can be connected to the Vision Sensor WiFi address at a time.

The Vision Sensor's field of view will start showing on the screen.

Note: If your device is unable to connect and it supports mobile data, try disabling Mobile Data before connecting.
