Online Order Status
- Login to your vexrobotics.com account, select your name and “My Account.”
- Select the “My Orders” tab.
- A list of your most recent orders and the current order status is shown on the right side.
- If your order is listed as “On-Hold,” it more than likely contains a product that is currently backordered. For the latest estimates on when we expect to restock, view the product’s respective page on the website.
Note: Order status can only be checked online for orders placed through vexrobotics.com. Canadian customers can contact casales@vexrobotics.com or call 905-492-2099 to get a status update for an order placed via phone or email.
Quotes
Generating a quote is a useful way to calculate how much an order will cost before placing it and to create an official document to provide to your bursar when requesting a purchase order.

Where to Generate a Quote in the Shopping Cart
- Login to your vexrobotics.com account
- Place the required items in a shopping cart
- Click on the shopping cart icon and then the blue Proceed to Checkout button
- Complete your address and choose the required shipping method, then click Next
- Click the Generate Quote radio button. Add a purchase order number if desired and click Generate Quote
- The quote will then be emailed to you and will include a PDF attachment
To Checkout a Quote
- Log in to vexrobotics.com and choose My Account
- From the dashboard on the left, click My Quotes
- Click Order on the quote that you wish to checkout
- Click Proceed to Checkout to complete the checkout process by Credit Card, PayPal or Purchase Order. If choosing Purchase Order, you will need to upload a copy of your official Purchase Order document in PDF
- Please note that only invoice accounts with credit facilities will be able to pay using a Purchase Order. If your account does not show this option but you would like to discuss ordering using POs, please contact casales@vexrobotics.com or call 905-492-2099
- Finally click Place Order
Purchase Orders
When ordering online with VEX Robotics, you have the option to pay by Card, PayPal or Purchase Order.

Please note that only invoice accounts with credit facilities will be able to pay using a Purchase Order. If your account does not show this option but you would like to discuss ordering using POs, please contact casales@vexrobotics.com or call 905-492-2099
Order with an Online PO
- Login to your vexrobotics.com account
- Place the required items in a shopping cart
- Click on the shopping cart icon and then the blue Proceed to Checkout button
- Complete your address and choose the required shipping method, then click Next
- Click the Purchase Order radio button to select PO payment method
- Complete the purchase order number in the required field
- Upload a PDF copy of your official purchase order using the Upload button
- Click Place Order to complete the order
Order with an Email PO
If you are a Canadian customer, you can email a copy of your purchase order to casales@vexrobotics.com Please be sure to include your quote number if you’ve created one.
Note: VEX does not generate the PO, the school/organisation internal purchasing department does and then submits it to VEX.
You can send a blanket Purchase Order or a Purchase Order that references a quote. Canadian customers customers can send the quote number to casales@vexrobotics.com at the time of the Purchase Order, and ensure that the Purchase Order does one of the following:
- Includes an estimated shipping cost, or adds an estimated 15% of the order as Shipping.
- Specifies that the shipping costs can be added by VEX Robotics to the total amount listed on the Purchase Order.
Note: Without one of these options, VEX cannot process the PO. VEX will inquire more information before the order can be processed.
