Step 1: Download the VEXos Utility.
- Click here to download the VEXos Utility for Windows from VEX’s website.
Step 2: Click the icon.
- Click on the VEXos Utility icon when it appears in the popup window.
Step 3: Run the Installer.
- Locate the VEXos Utility installation file in the Downloads folder or in the alternative location where the file was saved.
- Click “Run” to start the installation.
Step 4: Click Next in the Setup Wizard.
- Click the “Next” button when the Setup Wizard window pops up.

Step 5: Accept the License Agreement.
- Accept the VEXos Utility license agreement by selecting “I accept the terms in the license agreement.”
- Click the “Next” button to continue.

Step 6: Continue through the prompts.
- Notice the destination folder that the VEXos Utility will be installed in.
- Click the “Next” button to continue.

Step 7: Grant Permission.
- Click “Yes” when prompted to give permission to make the changes.

Step 8: Install the VEX Driver Software.
- Click the “Install” button when prompted to install the VEX Robotics driver software.

Step 9: Finish the Installation.
- Click “Finish” to complete the installation.
Step 10: Launch the VEXos Utility.
- Open the VEXos Utility by clicking the desktop shortcut or finding it within the list of programs.
- Click to allow the program to open if a popup message asks for permissions.
