Updating VEXcode Pro V5

The VEX Visual Studio Code Extension has replaced VEXcode Pro V5, which is now end-of-life.

VEXcode Blocks and VEXcode Text remain actively developed and supported for all VEX platforms.

Navigating to the “Update” Button

Open the File menu at the top-left in VEXcode Pro V5.

VEXcode Pro V5 File dropdown menu is opened and the About option is highlighted in the menu.

Select “About” at the bottom of the dropdown menu.

Click on "Update."

Once the download is complete, navigate to the folder containing the file you downloaded, double click the file, and follow the setup instructions.
