One of the following errors might appear when wirelessly connecting to a VEX IQ Brain:
- Try force closing VEXcode IQ and reopening VEXcode IQ.
- If the issue does not resolve, please leave Feedback within VEXcode IQ.
Try the following steps to fix this error:
- Try force closing VEXcode IQ and reopening VEXcode IQ.
- Close any and all other apps running before restarting the VEXcode IQ app.
- Restart the VEXcode IQ app to see if the connection is now successful.
If that doesn’t work, try the following:
- Try force closing VEXcode IQ and reopening VEXcode IQ.
- Toggle to turn off the Bluetooth on the tablet, wait five seconds, and then toggle again to turn the Bluetooth back on.
- Reopen the VEXcode IQ app.
Note: Suspending the app and Bluetooth will break the connection and may require repeating the process for wirelessly connecting.
