Connecting the V5 Battery – VEX Library

Connect the V5 Battery Cable to the V5 Robot Battery.

Connect the battery cable's rectangular connector to the base of the battery.

Make sure that the clip on the connector is positioned correctly. The picture above is the backside of the battery.

Connect the V5 Battery Cable to the V5 Robot Brain.

Then connect the other rectangular connector to the brain.

Again, make sure that the clip on the connector is positioned correctly.

If the brain does not automatically power on, press and hold the Power button until the Home screen is displayed.
