Using the Share and Feedback Buttons

A VEXcode AIM project can be shared within VEXcode AIM by using the Share button. Users can also easily provide feedback to VEX to help with the program’s continual improvement by using the Feedback button.

Sharing a project

To share a project, select the Share button in the upper right hand corner of the VEXcode AIM Toolbar.

You will be prompted to enter your name, and information about the assignment and project notes. Select Download to download a .pdf document of your project on your device. 

You can access the .pdf document from your download location, easily share it to many places.

Sending Feedback

If at any time you want to provide feedback to VEX, select the Feedback button in the upper right hand corner of the VEXcode AIM Toolbar.

This feedback can provide valuable information such as requesting a new feature, sharing something that is not working as intended, and can help provide diagnostics about your issue.

The complete form for submitting feedback is shown with various options that are defined below.

You will then be prompted to enter your feedback.

Select the button to rate your experience as positive or not positive.

In the text window, enter the feedback you would like to provide to VEX.

If you would like to get a response to your feedback, ensure that the Include email address? option is checked, and enter your email address in the dialog box.

Ensure the diagnostic and usage data option is checked if you are reporting an issue. This provides more technical information from your project, and is helpful in identifying the problem.

Once you have completed the form, select the Send button to submit your feedback.

You will see a message indicating that feedback was successfully sent. Select the Close button to return to your project.
