Overview of the CTE Workcell Kit

The CTE Workcell Kit comes with many parts and they are packaged in an assortment of boxes and plastic bags. Understanding the components of each box  is helpful to make finding parts quick and efficient. The following article will provide an overview of the contents of each box that can be referred to and used in a classroom environment. For an in-depth look at unboxing the CTE Workcell Kit, watch the video below!

This article describes each piece in the CTE Workcell Kit, organized by box, and provides the following information in a table form from left to right:

  • Part: This is the name of the part. Use this for reference while following the build instructions for the CTE Workcell.
  • Photo: This is an image of the part. Use this for reference while unboxing your kit and building the CTE Workcell.
  • Quantity: This is the quantity of each part provided. Use this to ensure you have the correct number of parts in each location in the Bin or Tray while unboxing.
  • Purpose: This column provides information about how the part or parts in that kit, bag, or box will be used in CTE builds and/or the CTE STEM Lab Units.
  • Location: This is an image of the box with a highlight on where the part can be found. This information can also be useful while building the CTE Workcell if a reminder is needed for where a part is located.
    • Some parts are found beneath others in the Kit. Notes will be included to explain where certain items are located.
