What Is It?
The 2025 VEX Robotics Educators Conference brings together a global community of educators, researchers, and STEM enthusiasts dedicated to advancing robotics education. Held in Dallas, Texas's Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center, this event coincides with the VEX Robotics World Championship, offering attendees an immersive experience that combines education with the world's largest robotics competition.
Attendees can look forward to hands-on workshops across the VEX Continuum, 1-on-1 Sessions, networking opportunities, and thought-provoking keynote presentations. Educators will also get a VIP experience at the World Championship, with opportunities to observe live competitions over three days. Surrounded by a diverse network of colleagues, students, and industry leaders, attendees can exchange ideas, share best practices, and explore the latest innovations in robotics and STEM education.

The VEX Robotics Educators Conference will be held at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in Dallas, Texas. Please note that travel and hotel accommodations are not included in registration. Attendees can book nearby hotels through VEX's Team Travel Source website on a first-come, first-served basis.

After the conference, access your Certificate of Attendance through your PD+ Dashboard to document 16 hours of professional development. This certificate demonstrates your participation in this premier STEM and robotics education event.
Important Reminders:
- Limited Spots: Hands-on workshops, 1-on-1 sessions, and seating for VEX Finals are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Workshop Selection: Each attendee can choose up to three hands-on workshops.
- Keynotes and Main Stage Access: Open to all attendees without pre-registration.
- Certificate of Attendance: It is your responsibility to present your VEX Robotics Educators Conference certificate to your professional development director to earn continuing education credits or teacher certification. Recognition of participation credits may vary by organization.
